I had a two-night stay and appreciated the early check-in. The room had all we needed, including a mini fridge and microwave. It was nice to relax by the pool after a day of exploring. The staff was friendly and accommodating when I asked about water. They even offered complimentary bottles, which was a nice gesture.

The breakfast was not as appealing as I hoped. I noticed long hair in the eggs. Also, the area around the hotel seemed neglected, with some issues nearby that made me uncomfortable.

The breakfast buffet was surprisingly good, I mean they had everything. Plus, the view from my room was just incredible, made me feel like I was on top of the world, watching the city wake up.

I was truly impressed by the welcoming atmosphere of the Holiday Inn Express & Suites in Phoenix. The common areas were bright and clean, and I appreciated how accessible everything was for someone my age.
